Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Whisk together the flour and broth until smooth. Add the honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, pepper flakes and garlic and stir until well combined.
  2. Save half the sauce for adding to the chicken after it's cooked, then use the rest of the sauce to refresh the chicken.
  3. Heat one tbsp of vegetable oil in a sauce pan over medium heat, then add the chicken and stir until the chicken is warmed up.
  4. Remove the chicken and add another tbsp of vegetable oil, if needed. Add the onions, mushrooms, peppers and peas to the pan with a cup of water. Stir until the veggies have been refreshed, then add the broccoli and stir until soft.
  5. Add the chicken and the rest of the sauce back into the mixture, then enjoy!
