Directions:

  1. I make this smoothie every morning for my kids and they love it! Gives them all the nutrition, vitamins, anti-oxidants and nourishment they need for the day. If you don't like it as sweet, omit the raspberries for a milder , less sweet flavor. Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix well. Pour and serve. Makes 5 one cup servings. (my kids actually split it in 2!!!)
